Shipping Information: Shipping & Returns Policy
- Delivery Zones:
- We currently deliver within South Africa. For international orders, please contact us at Info@royaltyhealing.co.za.
- Delivery Time:
- We strive to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery address and the weight of your order.
- Delivery Partners:
- We partner with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information.
- Undeliverable Addresses:
- Please provide accurate delivery information. Undeliverable addresses may result in additional charges or unsuccessful delivery.
Returns and Refunds:
- Damaged or Defective Products:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Orders:
- If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent, and any return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Unwanted Products:
- If you change your mind about a product, you may return it within 3 working days of receiving the order. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return Process:

- Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
- Cancellations:
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
